General Terms:

We strive to deliver products purchased from Art Lounge in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

• 1. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges (The Order value is calculated after applying discounts.)
• 2. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded
• 3. If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Kindly note that cancellations are subject to our Cancellation and Return Policy.

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping is available to all locations in India for orders values exceeding Rs.799 (The Order value is calculated after applying discounts.)

For orders equal to or under Rs. 799 a shipping charge of Rs. 79 will be applicable.
